some stuff, then school, then some more stuff.

just finished watching the squid and the whale. it’s good, watch it, so on.

so my mom’s been here for a week or so. it’s been interesting.

spring break has really been a bunch of window shopping excursions, tv, and the internet.

i had a chance to review what i’ve written for the gamut.

certain things stand out as icky, but i’m ok with them.

and i used irony wrong.

which is sad, and, possibly, ironic, given the title of my last blog.

i hope i used that correctly.

anyway.

i have yet to do homework. i’ll do most of it, at least.

meetings with miss tambara have pretty much been a “just do it” sort of thing.

nike.

she said to set up a rewards system at home.

so that if i finish an assignment, i can have x amount of time having fun.

let me explain something.

i don’t believe in h-nonsense.

that, my friends, is h-nonsense.

i explained to miss tambara that that wouldn’t work (i love repeated words).

because i can’t trick myself into doing something. if i can have the reward now, i’ll take it, thank you very much.

she laughed.

this all goes with what i’ve talked to anh thu about.

mainly, douche-y things.

there’s a lot about school that is, quite frankly, douche-y.

y’all yell at me, say i can do better, yadda yadda.

i mean, i care and all. it’s just that, i don’t particularly, care.

follow?

but yes.

going back to the whole homework, tricking myself, thing.

i think home time should be RESTING (bold gets points through) time.

because, after getting up at 4:30-5, riding the poo-blic bus, walking to school in the either too hot/too cold, going through school, spending over an hour to get home in the either too hot/too cold, i’m tired.

and , sometimes, sweaty.

the hell if i’m giving any more time away to do worksheets, databases, h-whatnot.

plus, i have this whole, possibly foolish belief that i’ll make it fine through life, even with a not so fantastic gpa.

lets all participate in a collective, overdramatic, gasp.

anyway.

i found a cheapass (79-99 dollar-its basically a pressure sensitive mouse pad thing) wacom tablet online. my mom might get it.

that would be cool.

and i bought the sims 2 pets and phantasy star universe at blockbuster.

i’m not a member, but i went inside anyway. got 2 for 1.

yayz.

the sims has been pretty fun.

i never could stand the original sims on the gamecube. always got frustrated, locked them in a room, set it on fire, removed the doors.

in this version, i have let my sim-sims live-live.

phantasy star universe is, well, eh.

mind you, i haven’t gotten very far at all.

but the plot is so happy-happy-korean-fun-time it’s sickening. (cue z-formation from koreans)

yeck.

also, cut my hair.

muchly.

it was taking over my liiiiife.

MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMBABA.
